International Shipping

International Customers

Regulatory bodies and customs agents outside the U.S. are increasingly restricting the import of dietary supplements. Because of this, we cannot distribute our products in many foreign countries without first obtaining a license from local government regulators. Establishing direct distributors in these countries has also proven difficult due to restrictive regulations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has further complicated the situation, with import policies changing rapidly and many countries imposing even more stringent restrictions. As a result, we are unable to ship to certain countries at this time. Please note: once a package leaves our shipping department, Longevinex® has no control over its delivery. While we will always do our best to assist you, certain factors remain outside of our control.

Shipping, Taxes, and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees.

Returned Orders

Banned/Restricted Products, Incorrect Address, Customs Refusal, or Delivery Issues: If your order is returned due to a restricted products policy, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order, or because no one was available to take delivery, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer Error (Address or Other):

If a package is returned due to an error made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only; shipping is non-refundable.

Customer Refusal:

If a customer refuses a package for any reason, including additional fees, Longevinex® will issue a refund for the product cost only, once the returned package has been received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Packages:

Lost packages must be reported to Longevinex® within 30 days from the date of purchase.
