Return & Refund Policy

Refunds apply to purchased goods only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For promotional offers (such as free Longevinex®, Advantage™, Garlinex™, or Garligest™ with the purchase of 3 or more boxes/bags/bottles):

  • Refunds will only be issued if all promotional items are returned unopened and complete, with all capsules intact.

  • Partially used items are non-refundable.

  • Returning part of an order will void the promotional offer and its free items.

All returns must be received within 60 days of purchase (no exceptions).

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, once a package leaves our facility, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If you require guaranteed delivery, please request a signature required at the time of ordering.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us right away. We will assist you in filing a claim with the U.S. Post Office and do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Merchandise: Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

  • Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 60 days of receipt. No exceptions apply.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply to purchased products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Promotional Items: For orders that include free boxes or bags of Longevinex, Advantage, Garlinex, or Garligest (with the purchase of 3 or more bottles or bags), refunds will only be issued if all boxes/bags are returned unused and unopened with all capsules intact. Partially used boxes or bags are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the returned items are received. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
