Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers. For guaranteed delivery, customers may request 'signature required' at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds apply to purchased goods only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase (no exceptions). Promotional items (such as free boxes/bags/bottles of Longevinex®, Advantage™, Garlinex™, or Garligest™) must be returned unopened and complete, with all capsules intact. Partially used items are non-refundable. Returning partial orders will void any promotional offer and free items.
